Lee Moser
Lee Moser began his career in natural resources at the University of Kentucky while completing his undergraduate studies in the Natural Resources and Conservation Management program (now Natural Resources and Environmental Science program). He has continued his education by completing Master’s degrees in Forestry (focused on wetland restoration) and Digital Mapping, both at the University of Kentucky. Previous professional experience includes work with the US Forest Service and private environmental consulting. His current work focuses on engaging and collaborating with urban and rural property owners to develop water quality and quantity related best management practice demonstrations that allow others to learn from the projects. Additional interests include developing watershed leaders, collaborating on watershed planning and management projects, researching and developing climate change related Extension resources, and engaging citizens through environmental education across demographics with an emphasis on climate change and environmental justice.
