Shem Odhiambo is a fellow with the Innovation Connect team at UK Innovate, bringing over four years of experience in project management and data analysis. 

Prior to joining UK Innovate, Shem was a Program Manager at Angaza Vijana Organization, where he enhanced beneficiary experiences and optimized processes. He also served as an Operations Officer at Moripesh Group Africa, where he achieved cost reductions and improved reporting accuracy.

Shem holds a Bachelor of Science in health services management from Kenyatta University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in supply chain management at the University of Kentucky.
