Job Posting: Contract Specialist for UK Innovate

UK Innovate is hiring a Contract Specialist to join the Technology Commercialization team at the University of Kentucky. This role supports the drafting and negotiation of agreements that advance research translation, industry partnerships and intellectual property commercialization across the university.

The position works closely with faculty innovators and external partners to help move university technologies to market and strengthen UK’s innovation ecosystem.

This is a full-time staff position based in Lexington, Kentucky and is eligible for a fully remote work arrangement within the United States.
