Carmelinda earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mary Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky. She is also an Oracle-certified database developer and administrator.

Carmelinda provides reporting solutions, information extraction, and data monitoring of the OnCore Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) and associated Epic clinical research integration.
