With a passion for advancing clinical research, Stephanie is a SoCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional who focuses on optimizing UK’s enterprise-wide clinical trial management system (CTMS), OnCore. Currently serving as Research Systems Educator in the UK VPR Clinical Research Support Office, Stephanie is at the forefront of creating and managing a comprehensive CTMS training program.

In her previous roles as Clinical Trials Associate and CTMS Specialist at the UK COM Clinical Research Support Office, Stephanie developed expertise in teaching and supporting end-users for the optimal utilization of the CTMS system. Her strengths include reviewing and interpreting complex clinical research protocols, devising efficient data entry strategies, and collaborating with clinical research teams across campus.

As a subject matter expert for the use of the OnCore CTMS, Stephanie plays a vital role in supporting research teams as they strive to provide UK’s patient population vital access to the latest clinical trials. Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ongoing implementation and optimization efforts of the CTMS and earned a Vice-President of Research Office Outstanding Staff Award in 2023.

Stephanie is a proud mother of two adult children. As a recent empty nester she enjoys spending time with her husband (usually on the disc golf course or playing backgammon or cards), their two dogs and her horse, Luna.
