Erik completed his master’s degree in political science from the University of Oklahoma, where he also taught courses in American Federal Government. Prior to his graduate studies, he was a counselor-tutor for the federally funded Upward Bound program at the University of Maine-Presque Isle. At PDO, Erik supports development of proposals across various sponsors and mechanisms, with emphasis on project management and review of large, multidisciplinary grant applications. His primary agency responsibilities include NIH, with a focus on NCI and NIEHS, and multiple cancer-related foundations.
