Robert Brown completed his Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Kentucky and worked in the Lexington Hospitality Industry for ten years before joining the Proposal Development Office. As Administrative Support Associate, Robert serves as the point of contact for web requests, phone calls and visitors to the PDO Offices. He maintains a centralized record of client services in process, prepares and processes financial paperwork for the department, solves problems related to standard business procedures and maintains equipment and office supplies. He prepares and edits final versions of correspondence, reports and proposals, schedules meetings and makes travel arrangements for PDO staff. He also administers the PDO mailing lists and website.
