To further support a successful transition to the Common Forms, NIH is postponing the May 25, 2025 implementation for all applications and Research Performance Progress Reports (RPPRs). NIH will issue future Guide Notices outlining the new effective date and details as they are finalized.

To ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals for sponsored projects and to honor our commitment to a healthy work-life balance for our staff, the following policy was developed in collaboration between the Vice President for Research, Collaborative Grant Services (CGS), Office of Sponsor
