How do I find my UK Link Blue ID or reset my password?

How do I log in to CITI with my linkblue ID and password?
- Go to the UK CITI Single Sign On page.
- On the UK CITI Single Sign On page, enter your Link_Blue_ID@uky.edu as your Username and your current Link Blue password.
How do I create a new CITI account?
- Go to the UK CITI Single Sign On page.
- On the UK CITI Single Sign On page, enter your Link_Blue_ID@uky.edu as your Username and your current Link Blue password.
- CITI will attempt to match your account. If no match is found, CITI will present you with two options.
- Click "I don't have a CITI Program account and I need to create one".
- You will then be prompted to create a new CITI Program account.
- You will receive an email confirming your account.
How do I affiliate my previous institutional CITI account with the UK?
- Go to the UK CITI Single Sign On page.
- On the UK CITI Single Sign On page, enter your Link_Blue_ID@uky.edu as your Username and your current Link Blue password.
- CITI will attempt to match your account. If no match is found, CITI will present you with two options.
- Click “I already have a CITI Program account”.
- You will then be prompted to provide your Username and Password for your existing CITI account, the click Log In.
- Once CITI finds a match, you will be redirected to your Courses page, click “Records” to confirm the match was accurate.
- You will receive an email confirming your account.
I logged in to CITI but I don't see the RCR course listed in my course dashboard. What do I need to do?
You will need to enroll in the RCR course. Once you have enrolled, the RCR course will be listed on your course dashboard under "Courses Ready to Begin."
I'm having difficulties accessing or taking the CITI RCR course. What should I do?
- Make sure that you are using the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox internet browser.
- Make sure that you are accessing CITI through our Single Sign-On portal.
- Try clearing your cache and then logging in again.
- If you are having trouble enrolling in the course after successfully logging in to CITI, make sure that you are not already enrolled in the course by checking your "My Courses" page within CITI.

Can I complete the next stage of a CITI course before my certificate expiration date?
You may review the course content, but a new certificate will not be issued. There is no option in CITI to complete the next stage of the course earlier than prompted by CITI. (Ex. CITI will send an email reminder 90 days before your certificate expires; you may complete the training at that time.)
