Emerging Themes for Research events are designed to showcase and discuss the latest advances and highlight cutting-edge research across fields of study associated with the emerging themes. The purpose of these events is to foster collaboration, identify emerging trends, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

  • eIAF Changes for Grants Administration

    The following changes relating to the electronic Internal Approval Form (eIAF) system are effective immediately:

  • New Acting Vice President for Research
    Vice President For Research

    On September 12, 2024, Ilhem Messaoudi was announced as the Acting Vice President for Research. Dr. Messaoudi joined UK in 2021 as a professor and chair of the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics in the UK College of Medicine.

  • Foreign Talent Recruitment Programs (FTRPs) Policy

    As required by federal law, UK is issuing a new policy (effective Aug 9, 2024) concerning participation in foreign talent recruitment programs (FTRPs) per the CHIPS and Science Act.
