Create a new UK Account or Associate an existing account with UK (Free for UK faculty/staff/student researchers)

Step 1:

Go to University of Kentucky's Single Sign On page [HTML: Hold Ctrl+link to open in new tab] and Login using your linkblue ID and password credentials.

Step 2:

Jump to the applicable instruction, click on your choice below:

Associate Account

In some cases, you may be invited to join a LabArchives Notebook before having the chance to create an account. If that should occur, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account.

Create a UK Account

Step 3:

Click "I do not have a LabArchives account and need to create or activate one."

Step 4:

Under email address, enter your University of Kentucky email address, then Click "Create New Account"

Step 5:

When asked "Do you want to create a new LabArchives account and link your login credentials?", click "Yes"

Step 6:

Make sure your LabArchives Account Information is complete, leaving ORCID blank, click Update

Associate an existing account with UK

Step 3:

Click "I have an existing LabArchives account already."

Step 4:

Enter the email address and password associated with your existing account, then Click "Link Existing Account"

When asked "Do you want to link this existing LabArchives account with your University of Kentucky login credentials?", click "Yes"

Step 6:

You will be directed to your account dashboard
