The Orbitrap Exploris 240 is a high-resolution, high-sensitivity mass spectrometry platform optimized for proteomics workflows. Coupled with a Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo HPLC system, it delivers exceptional chromatographic performance and mass accuracy. The system is integrated with Proteome Discoverer enabling comprehensive qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

This instrument has the capability to be interfaced with both HPLC platforms, the Thermo Scientific Vanquish Horizon UPLC and the Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo UHPLC.

The TSQ Altis Plus Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer offers exceptional sensitivity and selectivity for both quantitative and targeted qualitative analyses. Paired with a Thermo Scientific Vanquish Horizon UPLC system, this platform supports robust and reproducible chromatographic performance. The system is equipped with inert PFAS-free tubing to minimize compound retention and ensure reliable detection of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and other small molecule compounds. Instrument control, data acquisition, and analysis are performed through a dedicated workstation using Thermo Scientific software.

This system provides high sensitivity and high mass resolution for quantitative and qualitative analysis.  The system is configured for use with a Thermo/Dionex U3000 UPLC chromatography system and is interfaced with a workstation computer running software for instrument control, data acquisition, and analysis.

The Vanquish Neo UHPLC system is versatile and robust LC system capable of performing nano-, capillary-, and micro-flow applications. This system is housed on a mobile cart and can be configured to any instrument in the lab. The Neo UHPLC system offers high sensitivity and reproducible retention times throughout sequence and batch runs.
