Jacqueline (Jacqui) J. Greene serves as senior project manager for UK Innovate at the University of Kentucky. She leads strategic project and operations management for key initiatives, oversees planning and performance outcomes and directs data and reporting efforts. Her work also includes guiding event planning and evaluation and supporting organizational alignment, funding efforts and the execution of priority projects.

Jacqui holds multiple leadership development certifications through UK, including the Experienced Leader Academy, the Essential Leader Program and the SUPERvision Program. She contributes to the innovation community as a member of the AUTM Website Committee and previously served as an instructor for the AUTM Marketing Course from 2021 to 2025. She is the past chair of the UK Women’s Forum Board, where she led the Awards and Recognition Committee and the Communications Committee.

Previously, Jacqui spent more than a decade at her alma mater, Berea College, where she began as an event coordinator and advanced to associate director of communications and marketing in the Office of Alumni Relations. There, she led web, email and print strategy and managed key alumni and senior events. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Berea College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in management from Sullivan University. Jacqui is a member of AUTM and the American Marketing Association.
