OSPA Portal for Research Contracts

Feb. 18, 2026: The Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (OSPA) is excited to introduce a streamlined process for submitting research contracts for negotiation through the OSPA Contract Submission Portal. The portal makes it easier to launch your project by guiding you through a few quick informational fields and required attachments: contract, protocol/scope of work, abstract and budget. A confirmation email provides the next steps. The OSPA Contracts Team looks forward to partnering with you to support research with greater efficiency and clarity, and this new tool creates a strong foundation for expanded transparency and clarity around timelines and status updates.
