Updated Privacy Policy for Pivot Database

Please note that after May 25, 2018, all Pivot users wishing to take advantage of the full user account features of Pivot will be prompted to provide their consent to allow Pivot to maintain a user account and to store personal information.

NSF Proposal Preparation and Submission Site, Research.gov, Launches April 30, 2018

Research.gov is the new National Science Foundation’s (NSF) site providing research information and grants management services, all in one location. Beginning on April 30, 2018, proposers will be able to prepare and submit full, research non-collaborative proposals in the Research.gov system. The initial release of this new Research.gov capability will run in parallel with existing FastLane proposal preparation and submission capabilities.

NSF Guidelines on Collaborators and Other Affiliations

The National Science Foundation (NSF) requires that Collaborators and Other Affiliations (COA) information must be separately provided for each individual identified as senior project personnel in grant proposals. NSF has issued a set of FAQs on the Collaborators and Other Affiliations Template to guide use of the COA template.
