Feni Kadakia serves as a Commercialization Manager for UK Innovate at the University of Kentucky, where she supports technologies in the drug discovery and development space. Feni collaborates with UK Innovators to develop business models and strategies for commercialization, identifies partnership targets and works with the UK Innovate programs to develop product-market fit understanding and startup formation. Feni is also the UK MidSouth REACH Hub Project Manager, funded by the NIH Research Evaluation and Commercialization Hub (REACH) initiative. Her goal is to assist in the acceleration of translation of UK discoveries into tangible products that improve patient care and enhance human health.

Previously, Feni worked with Boomerang Ventures Studio and 1870 Ventures where she assisted in startup formation, development of minimal viable products, and venture due diligence. Feni has a B.S. in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University and a Ph.D in Neuroscience from the University of Cincinnati.
