NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program Recognizes 9 From UK

UK's Office of Nationally Competitive Awards has announced that doctoral students Calah Ford and Lydia Hager and 2018 graduate Aaron Mueller have been selected to receive government-funded National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowships. In addition, six other UK students were recognized by the NSF program.

A partnership between the UK Colleges of Education, Arts and Sciences and Engineering encourages underrepresented students in STEM majors to also pursue a double major in STEM education. The project has been funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) for $1.2 million over the next five years.
