Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center Diabetes Day

Hosted in partnership with the University of Kentucky Diabetes and Obesity Research Priority Area.     Join us in May for the first Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center Diabetes Day. This conference highlights advances in diabetes and obesity research and clinical diabetes care.     This is a combined research and clinical event. CE credits will be offered for some sessions.

Diabetes and Obesity Advancing Research Collaborations

You are invited to the 2nd annual Advancing Research Collaborations (ARC) event for faculty and senior scientists sponsored by the Diabetes & Obesity Research Priority Area and Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center.     The goal is to brainstorm new ideas for pilot projects or equipment ($5-$50K) that would benefit from receiving funds from the RPA and BBDC with an eye towards future collaborative grant applications. New collaborations, cross college collaboration and attendees at the ARC event will be prioritized in funding decisions.

13th Annual Barnstable Brown Diabetes and Obesity Research Day In partnership with the University of Kentucky Diabetes and Obesity Research Priority Area The University of Kentucky is proud to host the annual Barnstable Brown Diabetes and Obesity Research Day. This national symposium highlights current progress and groundbreaking research that addresses the burden of obesity and diabetes on society. Date: May 18, 2023 Time: 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
