Haley Eberly McDonald

Director of Product Management

Haley Eberly McDonald is the Director of Product Management at UK Innovate, where she leads product strategy and management for healthcare initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes. She also heads product initiatives at Experity OnePacs and runs Eminence H.E.M. Consulting, LLC, specializing in fractional Chief Product Officer services and coaching junior product professionals. This blend of full-time leadership and consulting allows her to bring a dynamic, strategic perspective to every role. 

Previously, Haley was a founding member and led Product at 25m Health’s venture innovation studio under Lifepoint Health, where she designed, launched and commercialized transformative healthcare technologies and tech-enabled services. She has extensive experience scaling healthcare solutions and integrating technology to bridge gaps in clinical practice across corporate, startup and consulting environments.

Haley holds a double Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Medicine, Health and Society from Vanderbilt University, further complementing her strong foundation in both healthcare, design and technology. Her career is driven by a commitment to creating patient-centered, innovative healthcare products.

Outside of work, Haley is passionate about competitive Dressage horseback riding, is an animal lover and a fly fishing enthusiast. She is a proud wife and mother to two daughters who are an inspiration to her in every way.
