Laura Russell-Halligan

Associate Director, Ecosystem

Laura is the Associate Director for Ecosystem for UK Innovate at the University of Kentucky (UK) and the Executive Director and Lead Instructor for Launch Blue.

Laura has nine years of professional experience supporting university- and community-based innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems, first at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and now at the University of Kentucky as the Executive Director and Founder of Launch Blue. Laura is also an Adjunct Instructor for the National NSF I - Corp program.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science in political science from Troy University and a Master of Finance from Harvard University Extension School.
