The University of Kentucky Center for Clinical and Translational Science, Community Engagement and Research Program, is requesting applications from community partners for funding to support health outreach projects. Funds will be used to support small-scale evidenced-based or evidence-informed health outreach projects that contribute to the reduction of health disparities in Appalachian communities in Kentucky by developing, implementing, and evaluating community-based projects. **Note: Eligible community agencies/coalitions must have 501c3 status or a designated lead fiscal agency (health agency or non-profit). University of Kentucky faculty and staff are not eligible for this award program as project leader/applicant.

The University of Kentucky Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) Community Engagement and Research Program is requesting applications from community partners for funding to support health outreach projects.
Funds will be used to support small-scale evidenced-based or evidence-informed health outreach projects that contribute to the reduction of health disparities in Appalachian communities in Kentucky by developing, implementing, and evaluating community-based projects.
- Budgets accepted up to $2500 over a period of 12 months
- Applications are due Friday 5:00 pm, February 16th, 2018
