The Office of Research Integrity (ORI) will be closed Monday, December 21, 2020 through Friday, January 1, 2021 and will reopen on Monday, January 4, 2021. 

If you anticipate a need for services provided by ORI during this time, please call 257-9428 as soon as possible so that assistance may be provided before the break. 

If you have received an Institutional Review Board (IRB) continuation review reminder, please check your approval end date and submit materials to ORI as soon as possible to prevent lapse of approval.

• Submit by December 16, 2020 for the January 6, 2021 IRB meeting
• Submit by December 18, 2020 for the January 11, 2021 IRB meeting
• Submit by January 4, 2021 for the January 14, 2021 IRB meeting
• Submit by January 6, 2021 for the January 19, 2021 IRB meeting

Nonmedical IRB:

Submission Deadline

• Submit by December 14, 2020 for the January 15, 2021 IRB meeting

Please note: Protocols submitted after 5 PM of the Submission Deadline date (December dates only), will not be screened by ORI staff until after the holiday break.
