Reminder: Submission of NSF Reports

January 28, 2026: The NSF Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG) requires that final and annual reports be both submitted and approved by NSF by their due dates — not merely submitted. The program outcomes report must be submitted within 120 days after the end date. You can find full guidance in Chapter VII.D of the NSF PAPPG. To help you stay on track, both NSF and Collaborative Grant Services (CGS) will send reminder notices as deadlines approach.
