Rescission of NIH Civil Rights Term and Condition of Award

Effectively immediately, NIH rescinds Guide Notice “Notice of Civil Rights Term and Condition of Award” (NOT-OD-25-090). NIH is awaiting further federal-wide guidance and will provide a future update to the extramural community. The previous guidance is no longer in effect. This Notice only rescinds the language in NOT-OD-25-090 and does not rescind current policies related to existing laws, regulations or other HHS or NIH policies that are outlined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement.
