Tableau Server has been upgraded to 2019.2 and now provides a Home screen that quickly gets you to Favorites and Recent Workbooks.  The Home screen is the page you will see when you first log in.

In order to return to a listing of all of the Projects and Workbooks you have access to, click on the Explore icon on the left.  Explore will provide a more familiar view of Projects and Workbooks.
