Updated IAF Workflow: New 72-Hour Approval Window

January 28, 2026: The Internal Approval Form (IAF) workflow has been updated to support faster, more efficient proposal processing. Once an IAF begins routing, approvers now have 72 hours to review and either approve or reject the form. If no action is taken within that timeframe, the system will record an automatic approval and move the IAF forward. This change is designed to prevent delays, keep proposals on track and ensure all required approvals occur prior to submission to a sponsor.
