This session will cover how AI can support proposal project management and other complex academic work. We’ll explore how AI can be applied to practical tasks such as planning, organizing information, meeting follow-up, task tracking, reporting, status updates, risk management, and quality checks. We’ll discuss where AI tools may save time and reduce administrative burden, as well as where their limitations and risks make human judgment especially important.

Presented by Anna Ortynska.

This is part of "Friday High-Five with PDO," the Proposal Development Office's weekly workshop series. On Fridays at 11:00 a.m. PDO shares up-to-date guidance, advice, and tips for developing competitive grant proposals. Each session will consist of a 30-minute training followed by 15-minute dedicated Q&A. You will learn five key takeaways to help your proposal writing and development.
