Successful proposals depend on more than strong ideas - they depend on teams that work well together. This session introduces Team Science principles and practical project management tools to help build effective collaborations. We will explore Tuckman's stages of team development as they apply to proposal development teams, along with actionable strategies for helping research teams form, navigate disagreements, and develop into high-performing units. Participants will leave with ideas for improving communication, clarifying roles, and keeping any team effort organized and on track.

Presented by Anna Ortynska.

This is part of "Friday High-Five with PDO," the Proposal Development Office's weekly workshop series. On Fridays at 11:00 a.m. PDO shares up-to-date guidance, advice, and tips for developing competitive grant proposals. Each session will consist of a 30-minute training followed by 15-minute dedicated Q&A. You will learn five key takeaways to help your proposal writing and development.
