Intro to R: Data Visualization, Description, and Transformation - Session 2
Have you always wanted to learn to code but never had the chance? This workshop series is your opportunity to get acquainted with the basics of R and learn how it can be used for data visualization, cleaning, and analysis. Sessions will provide guided instruction on key concepts, hands-on practice with real datasets (including survey data on Midwestern identity and over a century of Kentucky Derby results) and resources to continue your independent learning. No prior coding experience necessary.
Please note the following:
- This series is composed of three sessions, with other sessions in this series taking place at the same time on Tuesday, November 3 and Tuesday, November 17. Please only sign up for the later sessions if you are able to attend the first one.
- You will need to bring your own laptop (Mac or Windows is fine) to participate in this workshop.
