New Online Tool for Research Geographic Location/Populations

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance research transparency and support strategic planning, the Office of the Vice President for Research is implementing a new online tool that will ask investigators to indicate the location, geographical region or specific populations their research involves. For all active grants and contracts, you will be asked to answer the following question: Is this research occurring in an off-campus location or is the scope of the project specific to a particular geographic region or population (regardless of where the research is occurring)? If “yes,” you will be asked to enter in the specific location(s). Please complete this process for current awarded projects by Sept. 30. As new awards are received, you will be prompted for this information.
