NSF CAREER Proposal Office Hours

The Faculty Early Career Development Program (CAREER) offers the National Science Foundation’s most prestigious awards to faculty who have the potential to serve as role models in research and education and to advance their department, organization and discipline. Untenured faculty working in any NSF-supported research area are eligible to apply. This year’s CAREER proposal deadline is July 26, 2023.

2023 Substance Use Research Event

The annual Substance Use Research Event (SURE), showcases translational research conducted at the University of Kentucky focusing on substance use and substance use disorder. It is free and open to all members of UK and the greater Lexington community who are interested in the field. The event is sponsored by the University of Kentucky Office of the Vice President for Research and features prominent keynote speakers, as well as breakout sessions that cover cutting-edge topics in the field.
