Preparing a Manuscript for Submission to a Journal

With the universal adoption of online submission systems, however, many journals have ramped up their expectations concerning formatting and packaging text, tables, and figures and providing manuscript and author metadata. Steve Claas of the Office of Scientific Writing will walk us through the steps of submitting a manuscript and provide a helpful manuscript prep checklist so your next submission can be completed quickly, efficiently, and (mostly) painlessly.
