"Disability bioethics" presenter: Dr. Rosemarie Garland-Thomson Rosemarie Garland-Thomson is professor emerita of English and bioethics at Emory University. She works in disability culture, bioethics, and health humanities. She is a Hastings Center Senior Advisor and a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. She is co-editor of About Us: Essays from the New York Times about Disability by People with Disabilities and author of Staring: How We Look, and several other books.

Friday High-Five with PDO: What Can PDO Do for You? Tools, Resources & Services

In this inaugural session of "Friday High-Five with PDO," the Proposal Development Office's new weekly workshop series, we will introduce you to our office and the array of services and resources we offer to UK investigators seeking grants. Every Friday at 11:00 a.m. PDO will share up-to-date guidance, advice, and tips for developing competitive grant proposals. Each session will consist of a 30-minute training followed by 15-minute dedicated Q&A. You will learn five key takeaways to help your proposal writing and development.Presented by Lou Hurst

CRSO’s Open Office Hours

Research investigators and staff are encouraged to come to the Clinical Research Support Office's (CRSO) weekly office hours with questions about any of the research technologies that are administered and supported by the CRSO. These include: OnCore CTMS Advarra eSource + EDC Advarra eREG Members of the CRSO’s Research Systems Management and Education (RSME) team will be available to answer questions and provide in-person support.
