Open Office Hours for ETD submission

If you're struggling with either submission or revision of your ETD, drop in today for hands-on help.   The Stacks is located on the ground floor of the King Library Annex. The entrance is on the south side of the building. Friday High-Five with PDO: The “Small Rs” of NIH

NIH funds smaller-scale research projects through several mechanisms including the R03, R21, R61/R33, and R18. Presenting examples from successfully funded projects at UK, we’ll discuss how to frame the appropriate scope and aims for these mechanisms, address common misconceptions, and offer tips for success. Participants will leave with ideas for improving communication, clarifying roles, and keeping any team effort organized and on track.

FRESH Cohort 2026 Lecture: Dr. Sara Lupolt

On April 2, 2026, UK-CARES will be hosting Dr. Sara Lupolt from Johns Hopkins University, presenting “Applying a cumulative impacts and risk lens to assessing health burdens among fenceline communities in southeastern PA.”  The Future Researchers in Environmental Health Sciences (FRESH) program promotes the research and career development of talented early career scientists within NIEHS P30 Centers and fosters fresh collaborations between researchers.
